Cancellations

Rates are refundable unless stated otherwise. In case of Non-Refundable Rate – The total amount will be charged at the time of booking. There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances. On no-show the total price will be charged.
In case of Refundable Rate – the booking amount shall be refunded in full if the cancellation is prior to 48 hours of the scheduled check in, if cancellation is between 48-24 hours 50% of the booking amount will be charged and no booking amount will be refunded if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled check in.
The not so fine print: Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days and will be refunded only to the same method used for payment. Cancellations for booking paid by card/online may incur up to a 5% charge for processing fees.
